I am Angel Feudo. 

I’m a certified Personal Trainer from Sydney, Australia, currently based in St Petersburg Florida.

I’m available for private, semi -private and group fitness training.  Fitness and sports have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember.  I don’t consider this my job.  I’m genuinely passionate about what I preach.  I believe everybody deserves the chance to live a healthy life and be the best version of themselves.

My own battle with weight started in my twenties.  I would read any fitness magazine I could and follow any new trend there was.  I lost the weight quickly and put it back on just as fast.  I over-trained, binged and had a very unhealthy and obsessive relationship with diet and exercise. 

Everything changed when I was inspired.  My Trainer told me not to give up and that I should aim higher.  Sometimes, all it takes is for that one person to believe in you and help you see what you’re truly worth. 

That was it. I committed to the cause.  No more fad diets.  No more long hours in the gym.  I didn’t have to miss social events or deprive myself either.  I felt truly happy and proud of myself for the first time in my life.  People started to come to me and ask me how I did it. 

I’ve now turned my passion into a career, devoting my life into helping and inspiring others, just like I was. 

Anything is possible if you have your heart in it.

I was first certified in Australia at the Australian Institute of Fitness.  I was then certified again in the United States via a rigorous, science-backed education through the Equinox Fitness Training Institute. 

I’ll provide you with an unparalleled training program clinically proven to deliver real results.  I’ll hold you accountable, giving you my support, knowledge and genuine care.
