Virtual Training

Hey guys! I hope everyone is doing OK.

COVID-19. Everyone is talking, posting, emailing about it, and if you don’t know what it is yet, you were probably on a deserted island on some sort of silent retreat.


The gyms are closed and all my clients are asking, “What am I going to do? I don’t want to lose all our progress”. Let’s get online! I will program you based on what you have. You don’t even need equipment! People are getting creative. You could Deadlift your couch, Front Squat your dog, or Bicep Curl a can of beans.


This is a challenging time for all of us, but we will rise above it. Who doesn’t love a challenge? Ask yourself this question: What is one of the biggest reasons people can not workout? They don’t have time! What is your excuse now?


Having a trainer will keep you accountable by:

1. Having that video call scheduled

2. Having a program scheduled for the week


I will kick your butt, make you laugh, sweat at the same time, and make sure that you will come back from this looking and feeling better then ever. I will also ensure that you not only do the workouts, but you do them properly without getting hurt.


So here is one of many virtual workouts that you can do from home: Try (8) Reps x (3 - 4) sets.
