Are you getting Lazy or Fab during quarantine?

Hey guys! I have been a little quiet on here, but that's because I have been working on something huge.


I know it has been challenging lately. A few of my clients that are not training anymore are telling me they are putting on weight, feeling sluggish, losing motivation, turning into alcoholics and getting depressed! On the other hand, my clients who adapted quickly to the changes and signed up to my online programs are getting fab, they are reaching there training goals, getting results, looking ripped, have a ton of energy and are absolutely thriving at the moment!


I'm not going to hide it, I am thriving as well. I wake up at 6am instead of 4am, work in my yard laying in the sun, cooking all my meals fresh and from scratch and eating good whole foods. I get to work out in the comfort of my own home, enjoying running outside, doing daily yoga and meditation, spending more time with my dogs, getting to know my neighbors and buying organic produce from the farmers markets. I've been reading, learning; the list goes on! Along with my virtual sessions and my new online training programs, my days are full!


So, are you going to choose to be a victim of circumstances? Do you have a bunch of excuses like I have no equipment, space, etc.? Or are you going to stop being lazy and adapt like a boss, coming out of this looking and feeling better than you have ever felt before?


Let me ask you this: How important is your health to you? What are you prioritizing right now? I know you have time, but do you have the willpower to get off the couch? Stop watching that show that's not going to benefit your life in any way whatsoever and move your ass to get a better one.
