Do you ever have a moment during your workouts where you are comfortable and content with what you are doing, but there’s a little voice in your head that tells you you could go harder, lift heavier, do an extra set or run faster?
Listen to that voice. It’s the difference between getting results and being stagnant .
Do you want to be comfortable with what you’ve got or do you want to thrive and achieve what you thought was impossible? I’m guessing it’s the latter.
You have two types of people
1. The person that distracts their self and ignores the problem until one day
you realize that you're not even fit enough to walk up the stairs.
2. The person that plans an action of attack to tackle the issue.
I jumped the gun and assumed you know what to do when it comes to managing your
health.
Maybe you don't...You're here because you have a problem and I'm your solution.
I've been there, I've put on the weight and lost it, then put it on again and tried everything you can think of from crash diets to doing 2 hour workouts a day!
I developed an eating disorder, then realized I have a problem and did something about it!
So what are you waiting for? Get comfortable with being uncomfortable! Sign up to my programs at www.iamangelfeudo.com
