Ladies Running Club!


So we are coming towards the end of the year and I've been asking my clients what there goals are for 2020 and this got me thinking about mine. I've definitely put on some pounds after got I married and I've been slowly but comfortably loosing the extra weight. I needed to get out of comfortable, I feel like more than I owe it to myself I owe to my clients. I was a runner in school and I was always thin. A few of my clients are runners, one currently training for a half and just completed a 5km. I was inspired! So i signed up for the Nike LA 13.1!

One of my clients told me about a females running club that she was a part of and how much she enjoyed it. They would meet once a week go for a run and then get lunch somewhere local and all the women would inspire each other and uplift each other. My client asked me if I would be interested in starting a running club!

So along with her suggestion and being inspired by my other clients that are runners I decided to sign up for the Nike 13.1. I'll be training every week and running 3 x a week for the next 4 months leading up to the event. 

Me and are few girls are meeting at Santa Monica every Saturday up until April for a group run! We are not trying to Win a race so its going to be a super chill run along the bluff and down to the beach.
